What you will do

• Define the architecture for cutting-edge AI/ML product offerings within a cloud-native GCP environment.
• Architect systems to derive actionable insights from massive datasets of test run logs and production analytics.
• Develop strategies for automated failure analysis, root cause diagnosis, and intelligent test case generation.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize pipelines from sources like Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during the implementation and deployment of AI solutions.
• Stay current with AI research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and architecture of production-grade systems.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models and deployment of models like Gemini Flash.
• Strong foundation in software best practices, scalable design, and microservices architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps practices and the ML lifecycle.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
