What you will do

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable production deployments.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and abstract processes to multi-cloud environments like GCP and Azure.
• Develop scalable infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and production observability.
• Partner with backend teams to contribute to Python-based services and API development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with significant DevOps ownership.
• Deep expertise with AWS primitives and cloud architecture.
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Background in Python development with FastAPI and SQL data layers.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
