What you will do

• Develop experiments across hirify.global's product and onboarding flows to optimize acquisition and activation metrics.
• Partner with Product and Design to identify high-impact experiment hypotheses grounded in data and user research.
• Instrument tracking and build dashboards to measure experiment outcomes and inform iteration.
• Build and improve onboarding experiences that drive down time to value for new hirify.global users.
• Participate in team on-call rotation to improve our systems and keep them healthy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills.
• Strong technical communication, ideally with experience collaborating in an asynchronous remote environment.
• Ability to move fast and iterate and take ownership of problems.
• A data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Interest in leveraging AI/GenAI to accelerate experimentation workflows.
• Prior experience on a growth engineering team or in a growth-focused role.
• React / TypeScript experience.
• Django / Python experience.
• Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g. hirify.global, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or similar).
