What you will do
- Identify, contact, and recruit creators, building a diverse community of influencers.
- Manage the creator engagement programme, building long-term relationships with influencers.
- Brief and manage creators for campaign activations, content, and product launches.
- Report on influencer campaign performance, community growth, and engagement metrics.
- Shape and refine the creator programme's processes and tools.
- Partner with brand stakeholders on influencer strategy, presenting programme updates and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management, with a focus on consumer brands.
- Proven track record of managing influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining ongoing creator communities or ambassador programmes.
- Strong project management skills and an understanding of influencer contracts and compliance requirements.
- Creative thinking and confidence presenting to brand clients.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in an in-house agency or social-specialist environment.
- Multi-market influencer programme experience.
- Experience with influencer-led content production.
- A background in social media management or content creation.
- Experience working with creators on purpose-led or social impact campaigns.
