Location: Remote work available for those outside commutable distance to our Sydney or Newcastle offices; otherwise, a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) is requested if residing within commutable distance.

What you will do

• Manage client implementation projects and workstreams from initiation to go-live.
• Facilitate onboarding activities including kickoff meetings, status updates, and timeline tracking.
• Translate client business requirements into system configurations and setups.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and assist clients during the final go-live phase.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to the improvement of implementation processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management.
• Must be located in Australia or be able to work within Australian business hours.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to manage project plans and escalate risks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or software implementation environments.
• CAPM, PMP, or Agile certifications.
• Working knowledge of data setup and system integrations.
