Customer Experience Associate (Fintech)

Customer Experience Associate (Fintech): Providing exceptional customer service for credit card and banking products with an accent on independently troubleshooting and resolving cardholders' concerns. Focus on efficiently addressing challenging inquiries and collaborating with other teams to improve the customer experience.

Location: Based in Westlake, TX or Denver, CO offices, with in-person attendance expected 3 days every week after a 5-week onboarding period with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.

Salary: $21.30 - $25 USD per hour, eligible for bonus opportunities + benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time work experience.
• Basic understanding of financial products is a plus.
• Previous experience with text or email customer support is a plus.
• Basic working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
