What you will do

• Lead the design and development of a web-based cybersecurity platform, ensuring security, scalability, and high performance.
• Provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and lead by example.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers to translate product ideas into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor Engineers, conduct high-quality code reviews, and foster a culture of ownership and engineering excellence.
• Design and implement frontend and backend systems using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python with a strong focus on usability and performance.
• Architect secure APIs and backend services, embedding security best practices at every layer.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development delivering secure, scalable, user-focused applications.
• Proven technical leadership experience as a Team Lead or Senior Engineer owning architecture and mentoring others.
• Strong startup mindset with proactivity, independence, and end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar on a daily basis.
• Expert-level frontend expertise in React, delivering responsive and seamless user interfaces.
• Strong backend expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
