What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and high-quality frontend interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
• Ensure the stability of production systems and resolve critical operational issues efficiently.
• Analyze and optimize existing codebases for better performance and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide constructive code reviews to maintain high quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address change requests and project requirements.
• Support the growth and technical excellence of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of full-time professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in backend development with Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React.js, Next.js, and Styled-components.
• Solid experience with database management using MongoDB and MySQL.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Puppeteer.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code.
• Background in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with TDD or BDD methodologies.
• Experience with web templating languages like Pug or Slim.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
