What you will do

• Drive optimization projects for internal support tools through automation implementation and dashboard creation.
• Lead and support internal change management initiatives.
• Plan and organize team events, including monthly global team-building activities and team dinners.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives through meeting planning, organization, and event logistics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school, or political science institute (IEP).
• Seeking a 6-month internship starting July 2026 in Bordeaux.
• Autonomous working style with strong collaborative skills in team environments.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively execute operational and project-based missions.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and hirify.global's industry.
• Fluent in French and English (ability to communicate easily in both languages).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of programming languages and/or experience using APIs.
