What you will do
- Source, research, and create video content for brand accounts across social platforms, especially YouTube.
- Lead content output and performance across one or more YouTube channel brands.
- Support channel strategy by delivering social media video in line with brand guidelines and legal & compliance.
- Contribute ideas for new digital video formats and approaches.
- Implement learnings from video performance to inform future output.
- Become an expert voice for YouTube within the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing and packaging video and image assets for social media platforms using Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Clear knowledge of platform-specific best practices, especially YouTube.
- Demonstrated history of successfully working within a team.
- Strong understanding of channel management tools like YouTube and META’s creator studios.
- Experience with compliance and editorial best practice incumbent with working for a PSB.
- Excellent communicator and team player who is highly organised and able to manage their own workload to deliver on tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with After Effects.
- Experience with camera and audio equipment, and self-shooting.
- Experience working with talent.
- Camera manning & filming experience.
