Production Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate crews, equipment, and resources for physical video production.
• Manage complex travel logistics and onboard freelancers and vendors.
• Handle transactional accounting, including POs, invoices, and expense reconciliations.
• Maintain 100% data integrity in shoot calendars and production systems.
• Lead the project wrap process, ensuring all documentation is finalized and archived.
• Act as the primary liaison between producers and the US Operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production office environment.
• Strong proficiency in physical production protocols and equipment management.
• Expert-level skills in G-Suite (specifically Google Sheets).
• Demonstrated ability to manage production finance and accounting practices.
• Diplomatic problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced pipeline.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
