Production Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Supervise direct reports and coordinate local workflows to align with company goals.
• Manage project estimates, budget forecasting, and variance reporting to ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee production logistics from development to delivery, including equipment, travel, and permits.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for vendor and talent issues.
• Review production risk assessments, contracts, and insurance declarations.
• Analyze crew and vendor data to identify long-term cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and available to work in the office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience in production management, including budgeting, logistics, and equipment booking.
• Strong background in production compliance, labor law, international visas, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and industry-standard budgeting/project management software.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and implement established departmental processes.
• Technical literacy in camera, lighting, audio, and post-production equipment.
