Director of Communications (iGaming)

Director of Communications (iGaming): Leading the strategic development and execution of all internal and external communications for the iGaming business unit with an accent on enhancing brand presence and ensuring consistent messaging. Focus on partnering with the iGaming CEO and leadership team to align communication roadmaps, media relations, and global event strategies.

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work in the Chiswick office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of strategic internal and external communications and industry events.
• Partner with the CEO of iGaming and executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and voice.
• Develop and implement communication roadmaps including press releases, media kits, and social media activities.
• Manage relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including product marketing, sales, and people capability teams.
• Oversee culture budgets and internal engagement activities for global iGaming offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in communications and brand marketing
• 5+ years in a leadership role specifically within the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of gaming market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape
• Proven ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for narrative and presentation crafting
