What you will do

• Monitor and analyze daily press coverage and reporting for leadership teams.
• Maintain and update media databases and distribution lists for key partners.
• Coordinate outreach efforts and showcase new product updates to media contacts.
• Field incoming PR requests and route them to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive research on releases across various entertainment industries.
• Provide operational support to the broader Communications team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a PR or marketing-related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Confidence in collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Passion for games, music, film, art, and contemporary culture.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, or a relevant field.
• Experience with workflow and productivity tools like Monday or Microsoft SharePoint.
