Senior VC Analyst
Location: Remote
Compensation: In USD
Ingenerate is a small deal-by-deal investment syndicate focused on early-stage opportunities across LATAM and the US. We’re looking for a senior analyst who can help us source dealflow, run high-signal research, and project-manage deals from first intro to close.
This role is for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with high ownership, speed, and a strong fit for US/VC operating style.
What you’ll do
- Dealflow: source thesis-fit startups, work partner intros, keep pipeline clean.
- Diligence: validate claims, map competitors, assess traction and risks.
- Markets: quick, structured sector/TAM/timing analysis.
- Deal PM: coordinate stakeholders, drive timelines through closing (docs, SPV/admin, DD, vendors).
- Outputs: crisp memos and decision-ready summaries.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in startup/VC analytics, private investments, IB/PE/strategy, or similar high-signal research roles.
- Fluent Russian + excellent English (written and spoken) - comfortable with US-style communication.
- Strong toolkit: market research, competitive analysis, financial/traction evaluation, and structured writing.
- Ability to work independently, move fast, and own deliverables end-to-end.
- LATAM familiarity (market context, startup ecosystem, cultural/business specifics) is a strong plus.
