What you will do

• Provide expert guidance to inform DoD leadership decisions regarding cyber workforce strategy and governance.
• Integrate workforce policies into strategic plans and monitor progress against mission milestones.
• Draft legislative proposals and policy recommendations for the DoD CIO.
• Prepare briefings and reports on workforce initiatives for senior leadership.
• Facilitate policy reviews to ensure compliance with DoD Directives and Instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce development with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Master’s degree in a related field such as Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or Public Policy
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in cyber workforce policy, governance, or strategy development
• Demonstrated experience in a government or defense organization
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams management
