What you will do

  • Monitor and investigate instances of fraud and abuse using internal tools to ensure platform security.
  • Perform risk assessments and execute mitigation actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate investigation outcomes clearly to customers, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Identify emerging trends and patterns of malicious activity to document and improve prevention tactics.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with engineering, product, and legal teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for fraud prevention processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Estonia
  • Willingness to work a flexible, non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays
  • 2-3 years of experience in fraud, abuse, or compliance within e-commerce, Fintech, or telecommunications
  • Experience handling escalations and balancing production, quality, and user satisfaction metrics
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, or Tableau for data extraction and visualization
  • Experience working in a queue-based contact center environment
  • Basic understanding of APIs and telecommunication technologies
