What you will do
- Define and lead ’s global legal strategy, partnering closely with the CFO and executive leadership to align legal functions with business growth.
- Oversee all commercial legal work, including complex SaaS agreements, strategic partnerships, and enterprise customer contracts.
- Build and mentor a high-performing legal team that emphasizes speed, pragmatism, and commercial acumen.
- Provide expert counsel on corporate governance, compliance, data protection, IP, and open-source licensing.
- Lead legal support for M&A, fundraising, and corporate transactions in collaboration with finance and executive leadership.
- Advise on regulatory obligations and employment matters across international jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with significant in-house experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record leading and developing high-impact legal teams in high-growth companies.
- Experience across multiple international jurisdictions, including managing M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and financing rounds.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to act as a genuine business partner while managing risk.
- Deep understanding of software business operations and ability to translate complex legal matters into clear guidance.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge at the highest organizational levels.
