What you will do

• Partner with product and finance stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into precise requirements.
• Design and maintain dbt projects on BigQuery to build clean, scalable dimensional data models.
• Develop and manage intuitive Metabase dashboards for cross-team self-service access.
• Investigate data anomalies and surface deep-dive insights to support business growth.
• Define and track core mobile KPIs including DAU/MAU, LTV, and ROAS.
• Identify gaps in the data stack and implement AI-driven automation for improved efficiency.

Requirements

• Senior experience in data or analytics roles with extensive SQL and modeling responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in SQL, including partitioning, clustering, and writing cost-effective BigQuery queries.
• 2+ years of production experience in building dimensional models and managing incremental data loads.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to define the core problem before implementation.
• Ability to explain complex data trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile apps or high-volume event-driven data.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms like Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Experience with Metabase.
• Interest in experimenting with LLMs for data work automation.
