Finance Manager

Salary: $84k - $90k
🔹Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records (both fiat and crypto transactions)
-Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, management reports)
-Support budgeting and financial planning processes
-Monitor expenses and manage payments
- Work with crypto wallets, exchanges, and payment providers
-Assist with audits and collaborate with external accountants
-Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making
-Help improve and automate financial processes
🔹Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit
-Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies
-Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)
-Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow)
-English level: Intermediate+ or higher
-Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
