TL;DR

AI Software Engineer (Generative AI): Developing and deploying innovative solutions based on generative AI models with an accent on serverless architecture, API design, and scalable production deployment. Focus on building shared libraries, implementing RAG workflows, and integrating AI into complex business systems on AWS.

Location: Must be available for occasional travel to offices in Milan or Bologna, Italy.

What you will do

  • Implement AI solutions using Python and generative models.
  • Architect cloud-based serverless projects on AWS.
  • Design and manage APIs to integrate AI solutions with external systems.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Terraform IaC.
  • Contribute to internal shared libraries and frameworks.
  • Document architectural evolution and promote generative AI culture internally.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and good English proficiency required.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Proven experience with generative AI models, prompt engineering, and RAG.
  • Practical experience with AWS serverless services.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related fields.
