What you will do

• Monitor trade execution across all lifecycle stages to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-call support and urgent issue resolution.
• Oversee the deployment of new strategies and updates in collaboration with development teams.
• Automate routine operational workflows to reduce manual overhead and mitigate risks.
• Document complex trading processes to maintain comprehensive Middle Office guidelines.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Comfortable with trading terminology and concepts.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night hours, for continuous support.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
