What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive DevRel campaigns that drive developer adoption and clarity.
- Act as the primary technical advocate, building credibility through high-quality documentation, demos, and public insights.
- Design and maintain technical learning paths and implementation guides to reduce time-to-first-value.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to convert user feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Create technical assets that demonstrate real-world solutions and provide proof of platform value.
- Establish feedback loops to route developer signals and objections back to the internal organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Extensive experience in DevRel with a track record of measurable technical impact.
- Proven ability to operate and understand complex CI/CD systems and distributed infrastructure.
- Excellent technical communication skills with a focus on honesty and transparency.
- Ability to partner effectively across engineering, product, and sales organizations.
- Strong documentation skills and experience building reusable educational assets.
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in CI/CD or DevOps environments.
- History of open-source contributions or public technical speaking/writing.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level migrations.
- Comfort building automation tools or agentic workflows.
