What you will do

• Lead motion graphics production for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, and digital content.
• Develop storyboards and animation sequences that align with UK brand objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into impactful visuals.
• Oversee production workflows and develop reusable design systems to streamline delivery.
• Experiment with advanced 3D animation and new digital formats to set visual benchmarks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced animation, timing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and manage team workflows.
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender.
