What you will do

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterate on creative assets based on performance data and feedback.
• Adapt motion content for various platforms including Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing manager to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging.
• Optimize files, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts during team brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with mobile or web products.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience working with AI tools for content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
• Understanding of animation principles and video editing basics.
• English: B1 minimum required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating UGC content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Lottie or Rive for web animations.
• Familiarity with sound effect editing software.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software.
