What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable platform technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and optimize existing systems.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery.
• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Drive best practices in code quality, automated testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in backend engineering for complex distributed systems using Java or Go.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, Gradle, and ArgoCD.
• Proven English fluency required.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a mission-driven, crypto-focused environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps tooling, specifically ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in developing applications using Golang.
