What you will do

• Plan and execute project-wide security activities in accordance with ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
• Lead Cybersecurity Concept and Security Architecture development for Radar and Parking ECU products.
• Perform TARA and vulnerability analyses while coordinating corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cybersecurity audits conducted by Japanese OEMs.
• Prepare and review technical documentation for internal and global gate reviews.
• Collaborate across software, system engineering, and global cybersecurity teams to ensure CSMS/SUMS compliance.

Requirements

• Japanese: Native or fluent business level proficiency required for customer negotiations.
• English: Business level proficiency for global technical reviews.
• 3–5+ years of senior-level experience in automotive cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise in ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155/R156 standards.
• Deep knowledge of vehicle networks (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet) and cryptographic techniques like HSM.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity process audits with Japanese OEMs.
