Location: Must be based in or near Taguig City, Philippines; onsite attendance required 2 days per week

What you will do

• Manage and support incident, problem, and change management processes for UCC services.
• Plan, document, implement, and troubleshoot software and systems within the SharePoint ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to evaluate, test, and implement IT business solutions.
• Leverage data to identify and implement system improvements using existing or new technologies.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend support.
• Lead small to medium projects within the area of specialization and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience working with SharePoint Infrastructure and PowerShell.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries using LINQ or similar methods.
• Must be able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City 2 days per week.
• Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.
