What you will do

• Perform institutional client refresh and trigger KYC reviews independently according to established policies.
• Manage end-to-end KYC processes to ensure compliance with BSA/AML standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track pipeline and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain high attention to detail while conducting thorough public research for due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal
• Professional experience in institutional due diligence (Investment Managers, Funds, MSBs, Banks).
• Proven ability to perform AML/Non-AML research using public and private data sources.
• Experience in cross-team project management and facilitation.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Client-facing experience in a middle-office or support capacity.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of crypto-native institutions and digital assets.
• Experience with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements.
• Previous startup experience.
