What you will do

• Conduct research on global investment organizations including hedge funds, pension funds, and family offices.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of investor profiles within the proprietary database.
• Process corporate action emails, press releases, and feeds to keep content updated in real-time.
• Support clients by addressing inquiries and executing ad-hoc research tasks.
• Report software bugs and collaborate with the product team to enhance infrastructure.
• Implement new tools to streamline research workflows and automate data capture processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer systems and databases for data processing.
• Solid understanding of financial markets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with detail orientation.
• Must be able to work night shifts and extended hours as required by business needs.
• Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills for manipulating large spreadsheets.
