What you will do

• Build and integrate backend services to consolidate disparate internal systems.
• Improve operational efficiency by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain secure, resilient internal infrastructure.
• Contribute to a deterministic testing culture through active code reviews and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Operations teams to identify and resolve workflow pain points.
• Ship high-quality code while balancing the needs for velocity and system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building complex internal software systems.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud-native microservices.
• Proficiency in building automated tests and distributed systems.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
• Proven ability to navigate and contribute to diverse, complex internal codebases.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Python or Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Background in the finance industry and system security knowledge.
