What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies and best practices.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, reliability, and defect identification.
• Analyze software systems to identify potential design improvements.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to company and team standards.
• Generate detailed bug reports and manage quality for production releases.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
• Experience with at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, or C++.
• Experience with build and packing tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Gradle, or Maven.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and workflows.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code).

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and database technologies (MySQL, CrateDB).
• Understanding of modern test-first development attitudes.
