What you will do

• Manage organic content presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Draft and publish professional product updates, feature announcements, and industry insights
• Oversee merchant communications including newsletters and lifecycle messaging via HubSpot
• Monitor social engagement and maintain an active community presence
• Produce static content, graphics, and simple visual assets
• Coordinate with external freelancers for advanced video or creative assets

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end organic content strategy
• Strong background in LinkedIn content management
• Ability to translate complex fintech concepts into clear, professional messaging
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing tools
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
• English: Strong professional written proficiency required

• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS environments
• Background in building content presence from scratch
