What you will do

• Develop and execute content tailored to each platform, ensuring a consistent yet platform-specific brand voice.
• Create a variety of content types, including text, visuals, and videos, optimized for social media engagement.
• Stay ahead of trends and leverage AI tools for content ideation, generation, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with broader campaigns and product launches.
• Establish and grow hirify.global's presence on new platforms, experimenting with innovative formats and strategies.
• Monitor social media analytics to refine content approaches and enhance audience engagement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing platform-specific strategies and audience growth at a tech company or similar organization.
• Autonomously create compelling content end-to-end, working in a scrappy fashion at a fast pace.
• Ability to produce engaging content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape–from end to end, including copywriting and asset creation.
• Skill in analyzing trends, audience behavior, and performance to inform decisions.
• Comfort experimenting on new platforms and adjusting strategies based on emerging trends and technologies.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, writers, marketers, PR, and product teams.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization, even without prior experience.
