What you will do

• Manage and coach a North American team of actuarial data scientists.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects and demonstrations for potential insurance clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert, bridging technical teams and senior insurance leadership.
• Shape product strategy by identifying features that enhance regulatory confidence and explainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, R&D, and Engineering.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and contribute to white papers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in P&C or General insurance pricing.
• FCAS credentials or equivalent fellowship required.
• Must hold an employment status allowing unrestricted work in the United States.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams of actuaries or data scientists.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling (GLMs/GAMs) and risk analysis.
• Native or near-native fluency in English (C2) required.
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month for client and team meetings.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python, R, or SAS.
• Prior experience in specialty or health insurance lines.
