What you will do

• Analyze creative performance metrics to identify and scale high-impact concepts.
• Develop data-backed creative strategies aligned with UA, RT, and ASO marketing objectives.
• Write detailed, data-driven ad briefs and collaborate with the art team on execution.
• Conduct systematic creative testing to build hypotheses and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Research competitor strategies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantages.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align game feature launches with creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop multiple messaging concepts from singular insights.
• Proven analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
• Keen eye for visual detail and aesthetics.
• Understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, UA, RT, and ASO tactics.
