Solutions Engineer Intern (AI)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer Intern (AI): Developing internal AI tools and capabilities for SE, Sales, and GTM teams with an accent on hirify.global Workers AI and AI Gateway integration. Focus on building and prototyping real-world AI agents, optimizing GTM workflows, and contributing to live projects within the APAC Center of Excellence.

Location: Must be based in Singapore; on-site position. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Build and test AI agents or internal chatbots using hirify.global Workers AI.
• Design and prototype demos showcasing AI platform capabilities for customer use cases.
• Develop scripts and lightweight tools to automate GTM workflows.
• Analyze productivity data to measure the impact of deployed internal tools.
• Present work at team showcases and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Singapore.
• Proficiency in writing working code in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals including HTTP, REST APIs, DNS, and TLS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or prompt engineering from side projects or hackathons.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global developer platform (Workers, R2, Pages).
• Experience with data analysis or dashboarding using Python/notebooks.
• Prior experience shipping projects in a team setting.
