What you will do

• Own end-to-end LLM systems, from understanding user intent to planning multi-step trips and invoking internal systems to search, price, and book.
• Translate open-ended product problems into concrete ML and LLM designs, balancing quality, latency, cost, and reliability in a real-world environment.
• Drive cross-functional decisions, partnering closely with product, engineering, and leadership to make informed trade-offs that directly shape the product and user experience.
• Ship quickly, learn from production usage, and continuously improve system behavior at scale.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Data Science experience, including modeling, feature engineering, statistics, and experimentation.
• Experience building and operating production LLM systems (e.g., RAG, tool/agent orchestration, context and memory management), with a strong focus on evaluation, testing, and iteration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating in open-ended problem spaces where requirements evolve.
