About the Role

You will lead and develop the internal HR team and act as a strategic HR business partner to department heads and managers. You will oversee global recruiting and talent acquisition, design and execute compensation and performance management processes including equity and token-based reviews, manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, drive employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, and maintain HR systems and reporting to provide actionable metrics.

Requirements

  • 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years in a management or leadership role
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven experience supporting a globally distributed workforce
  • Experience navigating international labor laws
  • Hands-on experience with compensation planning, benchmarking, and merit cycles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with executive leadership
