What you will do

• Assist in the development of the vision, strategy, roadmap, and releases of new features or migration plans for the product set.
• Act as an intermediary between market/business requirements and R&D to advocate for the product internally.
• Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories.
• Partner with Architecture teams solutioning new features and capabilities, including exploring applicability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Lead sales initiatives for customer adoption of new product features in the existing market.
• Measure customer adoption and retention based on the GTM plan and tactics to achieve product KPIs.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Engineering AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or enterprise software development.
• Knowledge of mainframe software industry, transformation trends, and insights is required.
• Knowledge of proprietary software partnerships, contracts and vendor relationships is required.
• Expertise in managing complex cross-functional, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects.
• Advanced understanding of software licensing and product delivery in a B2B business model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive level presentations.
