Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Warsaw office 2x per week.

What you will do

• Map and document the end-to-end hirify.global implementation lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and manual tasks.
• Design and deploy automation solutions, including configuration templates, migration scripts, and deployment frameworks.
• Develop AI-assisted tools such as intelligent checklists and troubleshooting assistants to enhance consultant productivity.
• Build implementation accelerators and partner-ready playbooks to ensure delivery consistency.
• Create dashboards and analytics to monitor delivery performance metrics like time-to-go-live and rework rates.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on features that reduce implementation effort.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in process improvement, automation engineering, or SaaS implementation.
• Must be able to commute to the Warsaw office 2x per week.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI or LLM-based tools in business environments.
• Strong analytical and process redesign skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and professional services.

Nice to have

• Experience working within professional services or implementation organizations.
• Exposure to treasury, ERP, or financial software.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Rocketlane, or Asana.
• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement certifications.
