What you will do

• Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform.
• Take ownership of existing services, improving reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side.
• Eliminate manual operational workflows and enable marketing teams to operate independently.
• Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Node.js / TypeScript as the main stack.
• Strong experience building reliable API integrations.
• GCP experience.
• Systems thinking and ability to independently design architecture.
• High level of autonomy.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset.
• Uses AI as part of their workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta Business SDK / TikTok Marketing API / Google Ads API.
• Understanding of performance marketing.
• Experience building server-side tracking.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Experience working on B2C subscription products with aggressive performance marketing.
