What you will do

  • Contact carriers to obtain daily capacity and shipment status.
  • Ensure correct load status in TMS.
  • Notify shippers and receivers of load status and reschedule appointments when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
  • Identify patterns with shipper, receiver, and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Support the growth of new accounts and opportunities within the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

  • 1 year of logistics experience.
  • Experience in a system related to TMS.
  • Completed bachelor's degree.
  • English proficiency for email and customer service.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dashboard systems.
  • Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
