What you will do
- Contact carriers to obtain daily capacity and shipment status.
- Ensure correct load status in TMS.
- Notify shippers and receivers of load status and reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
- Identify patterns with shipper, receiver, and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement.
- Support the growth of new accounts and opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- 1 year of logistics experience.
- Experience in a system related to TMS.
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- English proficiency for email and customer service.
Nice to have
- Experience with dashboard systems.
- Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
