TL;DR

Senior UX/UI Designer: Developing digital applications and user-centered interfaces for enterprise software with an accent on Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and design system integration. Focus on creating wireframes, prototypes, and task flows for complex ecommerce experiences within an Agile environment.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, Illinois (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based digital applications and interfaces.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and analyze business requirements to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Create comprehensive design documentation, including prototypes, wireframes, navigation maps, and user task flows.
  • Leverage enterprise design systems to ensure consistency across digital product deliverables.
  • Present mock-ups and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and iterative improvement.
  • Optimize mental, visual, and manual workloads to improve overall user experience efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a related role.
  • Expertise in Figma for delivering ecommerce user experiences.
  • Proven experience designing within an Agile framework, specifically Scrum.
  • Hands-on experience consuming and leveraging enterprise Design Systems.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US as visa sponsorship is not available.
