Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Erlang or Elixir.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and fault-tolerant design.
• Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience building scalable systems in production and familiarity with AWS.
• Proficiency with APIs, messaging systems, and microservices architecture.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code in agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with OTP principles and Erlang/Elixir ecosystems.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance tuning.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-availability environments.
• Experience with Card Payment APIs.
