What you will do

  • Configure and manage tracking stacks including GA4 and server-side Google Tag Manager.
  • Define technical requirements for advertising platform integrations like Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions.
  • Validate and debug tracking implementations to ensure high data signal quality.
  • Ensure all tracking activities are compliant with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
  • Translate complex marketing requirements into precise technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Identify tracking gaps and implement scalable improvements or workarounds to enhance measurement clarity.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Ad Tech, MarTech, or related marketing technology roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and server-side event tracking.
  • In-depth understanding of paid media measurement, attribution, and optimization strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineers to deliver technical implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of privacy-compliant data collection and consent management frameworks.
  • Capability to independently diagnose data issues and manage operational workflows.

Nice to have

  • Background in mobile measurement and attribution platforms like AppsFlyer.
  • Experience in high-growth digital sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, or gaming.
  • Familiarity with first-party data activation and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Understanding of incrementality testing and ROI measurement methodologies.
  • Experience simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
