Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Lead execution of HR programs across the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive the Talent Development agenda by leading leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility processes.
  • Oversee Learning & Development strategy, including curriculum design, leadership programs, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive evidence-based decisions and support organizational transformation.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration on HR audits and vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in Talent Management or Organization Development.
  • Proven ability to execute talent programs like leadership development and competency frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct interviews in a hybrid setup (in-person and remote).
