What you will do

• Own the full UX process from discovery to delivery, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts.
• Take responsibility for defined product areas and contribute to end‑to‑end design decisions, clearly articulating the user‑centred rationale behind them.
• Plan and conduct usability tests and validation activities, interpret qualitative insights and analytics, and iterate designs based on real user feedback.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and well understood, applying front‑end design thinking and basic HTML/CSS to support collaboration and handover.
• Help evolve design and delivery workflows as the platform becomes increasingly AI‑driven.

Requirements

• You have relevant experience (around 3-7 years) in UX, UI, or Product Design within product-led environments.
• You possess a strong grounding in UX fundamentals: interaction design, usability, information architecture, and accessibility.
• You have practical experience conducting usability testing and applying insights from analytics and can clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs.
• You have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and a front-end-aware mindset and hold a portfolio demonstrating user-centred thinking, not just visual execution.
• You are comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and product stakeholders.
• You hold a background that includes familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks, design systems, and AI‑assisted workflows.
