What you will do

• Develop real-time machine learning algorithms for ad allocation in large-scale advertising auctions.
• Design and implement multi-objective optimization and AI control methods to improve marketplace performance.
• Drive end-to-end ML projects dealing with ambiguity, high scale, and complex system requirements.
• Analyze massive datasets to extract shopper insights while ensuring revenue growth and ad quality.
• Run online A/B experiments and simulations to test hypotheses and optimize search page experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify business opportunities for Sponsored Products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field with 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, data mining, or distributed computing.
• Must be located in or able to work from Seattle, WA, USA.
