What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to architect and implement cutting edge machine learning systems at scale, driving technical strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities.
• Present and drive alignment with Senior Leadership across all lines of business on ad technology innovations.
• Define and execute the technical vision for current and future ML capabilities as it relates to ad recommendations, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic systems.
• Design and develop large-scale AI systems, leveraging expertise to evolve current systems and create competitive advantages in ad tech.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, machine learning, data science, engineering) with 10+ years of experience in data science, software engineering, or data architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems, with expertise in scaling AI-powered solutions.
• Ability to architect and develop next-generation ML systems, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating latest advancements (e.g., GenAI).
• Strong background in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Strong understanding of operational maturity, industry challenges, and future risks and opportunities in large-scale AI systems.
